These terms apply to your use of fixstl.ai. By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Who provides FixSTL
FixSTL is provided by Holymolly Limited, the company behind Tripo (“we”, “us”).
The service
FixSTL is a free tool that checks and repairs STL files in your browser. No account is needed. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time.
Your models
You keep all rights to the files you check and repair. Because they are processed on your device, we do not receive them and claim no rights in them. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you process and for how you use the results.
Check the results yourself
Repairs are automatic. They may leave problems unresolved, and the changes they make, although limited, alter your geometry. Reports describe the checks that ran and do not cover wall thickness, units or printer limits. Before you print, manufacture or rely on a repaired file, check it in your slicer or CAD software. Do not use FixSTL as the only check for parts where failure could cause injury or damage.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, and do not interfere with its operation, for example by overloading it, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission or bypassing its limits.
Our content
The site, its software, text, guides and images belong to us or our licensors. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Other uses need our permission.
No warranty
FixSTL is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failed prints, wasted material or machine time, damaged equipment or lost data arising from your use of the site or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Other sites
Links to other sites, including tripo3d.ai, are governed by those sites’ own terms. Tripo’s terms apply to Tripo’s products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. Questions: hello@fixstl.ai.
