Reporting a repair problem
A useful report includes:
- what you expected and what happened;
- your browser and operating system;
- the report’s share link (Copy share link in the result panel). It contains the counts and the engine that ran, not your model.
Attach the STL only if you are comfortable sharing it. FixSTL never receives your files on its own, so emailing one is the only way we see it; we use it to reproduce the problem and do not publish it.

Requests about personal data go to privacy@tripo3d.ai; the privacy policy explains what FixSTL collects.
